We are professional, fun, customer-centric and our goal is to provide quality eye care focused on the patient.

Modern office setting The Optometric Technician/Receptionist will be responsible for a number of tasks within our practice, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, insurance authorization, patient pretesting, and other duties within the office. PART TIME POSITION
(24 hours/week) - 3
DAYS/ WEEK, MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls professionally Answer emails professionally Schedule Patients by phone and online Pretest patients for doctor Work with electronic health record system for patient check in/check out Verify Insurance Eligibility Contact lens ordering and receiving Contact lens I&R training (training provided) Open and close office, office upkeep Skills needed: Great Interpersonal skills Energetic and friendly Computer and technology experience/literacy Basic English and math literacy Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Previous tech or receptionist experience is preferred. References are required. Independent, single doctor location next to a Walmart vision center. Employment NOT connected to walmart. Background check will be required, provided by employer. Zoom interview or in person interview will be offered upon review of application.
