We are a professional and friendly private optometry practice looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Optician or Optometric Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Perform pre-testing and gather patient medical history Help patients select frames and lenses, dispense eyewear Order glasses and contact lenses Handle insurance billing (vision and medical) Answer phones and schedule appointments Use and update our electronic health records system (CrystalPM)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an optometry or optical setting is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, efficient, and team-oriented Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required If you're ready to bring your energy and compassion to a practice that truly values its patients and staff, apply today!

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
