We provide quality, comprehensive eye care with nothing lost in translation. All of our staff are bilingual in English and Spanish to best meet the needs of our community. We are looking for a bilingual individual (English and Spanish) with strong customer service skills and a love for connecting with new people. Our ideal candidate is self motivated, can multitask and is interested in a long term position. Experience in an optometry office is strongly preferred. Optometry assistant duties include (but not limited to): Recording patient history Lensometry Preliminary testing (tonometry, autorefraction, retinal photos) Special testing (visual field, OCT) Front office duties include (but not limited to): Greet and check in patients Answer phones Schedule appointments Office paperwork and filing
