We're looking for an experienced Optical Technician who is passionate about patient care, education, and helping people feel confident in their lenses.

What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive pre-testing (autorefraction, lensometry, visual acuity, fundus imaging, tonometry) to support optometrists Guide patients through contact lens fittings with precision and care Educate patients on lens insertion, removal, and proper care Support patient check-in and manage exam flow for a smooth, organized experience Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards Help patients find the best lenses for both their vision needs and desired look No insurance claims involved . We operate on a direct-pay model so you can focus fully on patient care

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience as an Optical Technician (optometry or vision care setting preferred) Strong understanding of pre-testing procedures and contact lens fittings Confident educating patients and providing hands-on guidance Comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and inventory systems Passionate about eye health, beauty, and aesthetic-driven experiences Clear communicator with a patient-first mindset
