Responsibilities Assist physicians and clinical team with ophthalmic examinations and procedures Perform patient workups, including gathering medical history and visual assessments Conduct diagnostic tests and imaging as needed (training provided) Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and prepared Provide outstanding customer service and patient communication Support clinic flow and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, ophthalmic, or optometric role (ophthalmology experience preferred) We are seeking a candidate with prior experience or relevant ophthalmic licensing (COA, COT, or other certifications preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, reliable, and organized Customer service-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures, equipment, and technology COA, COT, or other certifications are a plus but not required.
