Job Description

Job Description A high-power defense laser company located in Longmont, CO is seeking to hire an Electro-Optical (EO) Technician to join their innovative team. This individual will support the assembly, integration, alignment, and testing of advanced optical and electro-optical systems used in next-generation directed energy solutions. Responsibilities include assembling opto-mechanical components, mounting and bonding optics, operating optical test equipment, documenting processes, and supporting cleanroom manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to grow within a highly collaborative engineering environment. This position is fully onsite in Longmont, CO and offers exposure to cutting-edge laser technology supporting national defense initiatives. The target hourly pay range for this role is $30.00-$45.00/hr, depending on experience.
