Job Title:
Optical Technician and Assistant - Join Our Work Family! Why Join The Optical Centre? Are you looking for a stable, supportive work environment where your contributions actually matter? We are a private optometry practice in Longmont seeking a dedicated team member to join our clinic. We value reliability and are looking for someone ready to settle into a long-term role. This can be a part or full time position.
Your Impact:
You won't be stuck doing one thing all day. This role is the "heartbeat" of our office. You will be a main part of our patient's experience, from the moment they call to the moment they pick up their new glasses. We offer 401K with matching, paid holidays as well as Medical, and Vision benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Answering phones, scheduling, and insurance verification.
Tech & Clinical:
Pre-testing patients and teaching contact lens insertion/removal.
Optical:
Helping patients select eyewear, adjusting frames, and processing lab orders.

You bring a positive attitude to patient care. A "Finisher": You follow through on tasks and take pride in accuracy.

Location:
Longmont, CO Schedule:
Required are Mondays, Fridays and some Saturdays. Experience is not required but it is helpful. If you have not worked in the optical industry but have a service personality and are a good learner we are happy to train.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
