Full time position available: Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician for a busy, well organized and efficient ophthalmology practice. Practice focus is providing excellent patient experience providing routine and complex cataract surgery and corneal/vision issues . Minimum one year of successful employment as an Ophthalmic technician/assistant required. Able to demonstrate sound clinical judgement in a fast paced but pleasant ophthalmology office setting. Candidate must be a team player with strong work ethic, and patient focused. Will work closely with all team members to achieve positive patient experience, performing testing (OCT, Corneal Topography, Photos and VF), triage and screening patients for exams/refractions. Ability to adapt to different computer software. Excellent working environment for the right candidate.

•compensation based on experience 1-2 years experience as an ophthalmic technician required Full time. Work week is Monday through Friday. Conveniently located off the Merritt Pkwy on the Trumbull/Bridgeport line.
