We are looking for an Optometric Assistant who excels in customer service and has experience in optometry or optical services. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and text Maintain accurate patient records (scanning, faxing, data entry) Perform pre-tests using NCT, AR, OCT, and OPTOS equipment before eye exams Verify insurance coverage (Eyemed, Davis, Spectera) and explain benefits to patients Ensure smooth front-office operations and provide a seamless patient experience Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience (preferably in an optometry or optical setting) Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
