Position Summary:
Lead, motivate, and coach team members to perform at their best Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently Handle cash deposits and maintain accurate inventory records Assist with training new team members and ongoing development Jump in where needed-whether that's at the register, the kitchen, or helping a guest
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong leadership and communication skills-you know how to keep a team motivated and focused Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A commitment to providing exceptional guest service every single time This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
