Duties Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Operate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, including OCT, VF, iTrace, and Goldman tonometer. Assist with patient examinations, explain procedures, and perform basic tests. Maintain cleanliness using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately, documenting patient interactions and test results. Requirements Experience in a medical office, preferably in ophthalmology or optometry. Knowledge of medical terminology, eye anatomy, and HIPAA guidelines. Ability to perform basic clinical procedures confidently. Strong patient service skills and a compassionate approach to care. Experience with EHR systems and knowledge of infection control policies. Team-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and safety protocols.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
