This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a dependable, polished, detail-oriented optometry professional who already understands the pace and workflow of a busy eye care practice. Your primary role will be front desk check-in and checkout at both of our locations, but we need someone with enough clinical/technician experience to confidently step in and assist in other areas when needed. If you're the person in your current office who notices what needs to be done, jumps in without being asked, keeps things moving when it gets busy, and can be trusted to handle patients professionally from start to finish — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Your primary responsibilities will include: Patient check-in and checkout Scheduling and managing patient appointments Answering phones and assisting with patient questions Collecting payments and accurately handling patient information Coordinating patient flow between the front desk and clinical team Assisting technicians with patient workups and testing when needed Stepping into other areas of the practice based on daily workflow Helping keep both locations organized, efficient, and running smoothly Who We're Looking For Previous optometry experience is
