Job Description

I have two very busy optometry practices located within two different Target Opticals. One location is at the corner of 441 and Lantana and the other is at the corner of 441 and Okeechobee Blvd. The atmosphere in the office is light and fun even though we work incredibly hard to see a number of patients while delivering the best patient experience. The role of the technician at this office is to coordinate patients, do pretesting (autorefraction, autolensometry, NCT, and Optos), input patient demographic information, pull insurance authorizations, confirm patients exams, and submit insurance claims. This is a position for someone who is familiar with the optometric office and is prepared to learn everyday. Technician must be driven, energetic, and patient satisfaction driven.
