Join our team where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional eye care. You will be responsible for assisting the optometrist, performing routine tests, and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and ensuring a smooth flow of clinic operations. No prior eye care experience is required. We will train the right candidate! Currently hiring to Join our Clive Team.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, verify their information: handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments , coordinating/scheduling future appointments and answering patient inquiries. Collecting information about patients' medical history and current symptoms. Conducting routine tests. Look up patient Vision insurance/Medical insurance information.
Contact lens training and fitting:
Train patients on how to insert and remove contact lenses and proper contact lens use/care. General disinfecting and cleaning. Requirements Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in patient data entry. Strong customer service skills for front desk interactions and team collaboration. Availability to work Saturdays! High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
