Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent communication to ensure a positive experience for both patients and staff Greet and room patients promptly Conduct thorough patient work-ups, including: Collecting medical history, medications, and allergies Performing vision assessments and eye pressure checks Documenting patient complaints and doctor's observations Performing diagnostic tests as ordered by the doctor Assisting with scribing during patient exams Recording diagnosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions Scheduling patient appointments Assisting with in-office procedures and laser treatments Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Cleaning and restocking exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and calibrating machines
