Job Description:
•Please note this postion requiers work in both our Downers Grove and Lemont clinic.• Kirk Eye Center is looking for a dependable, motivated, and personable individual seeking a long-term position within our fast-paced, premium ophthalmology practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with physicians, thrives in a busy medical environment, and is interested in growing with our practice over time. As an Ophthalmic Scribe, you will work directly alongside our physicians, documenting patient exams in our electronic health record system while assisting with patient flow and clinical tasks. Candidates with prior medical office experience and an interest or background in ophthalmology are strongly preferred. Kirk Eye Center is looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and organized in a busy environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential to success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
Prior medical office experience preferred Ophthalmology experience or background preferred Fast and accurate typing skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and listening skills Clinical experience preferred EHR experience preferred Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented personality Reliable, dependable, and punctual Bilingual skills are a plus Commitment to our culture of Kindness, Excellence, and Communication (KEC - Kirk Eye Center)
