Job Description

ASSIST PATIENTS WITH FRAME SELECTON AND EYEWEAR RECOMMENDATIONS. TAKE ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS FOR EYEGLASS FITTINGS AND LENS ORDERS. EDUCATE PATIENTS ON LENS OPTIONS, COATINGS, AND EYEWEAR PRODUCTS. ADJUST, REPAIR, AND TROUBLESHOOT EYEWEAR AS NEEDED. PROCESS ORDERS AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE PATIENT RECORDS. VERIFY AND MANAGE INVENTORY OF FRAMES AND OPTICAL PRODUCTS. MAINTAIN A CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND PROFESSIONAL DISPENSARY ENVIRONMENT. DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENT CARE.
