Friday:

8:45 AM - 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient pre-testing and screening before examinations Assist with diagnostic testing as directed by the doctor Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support the daily operations of a busy optometry office

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, punctual, and professional Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages Team-oriented with a positive attitude Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Detail-oriented and organized

Experience:

Previous medical, optical, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
