Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary testing on patients at Optometrist direction
- Provide a high level of customer service by welcoming patients to the practice, responding to texts and emails, completing the check-in process, and verifying insurance information
- All things contact lens: teaching patients how to wear and care for contacts, as well as ordering lenses for patients and the practice
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, equipment, and office
- Complete other tasks as assigned Benefits include PTO, health insurance contribution, dental insurance contribution, 401k with match, and a generous employee eyewear program.
