Ophthalmic Technician

Position as an ophthalmic technician with a small medical-surgical practice in ophthalmic plastic surgery and neuro-ophthalmology. The successful candidate will be experienced in the clinical operations of an outpatient ophthalmology office, have experience with inpatient intake skills, history taking, manifest refraction, use of an autorefractor, Topcon lensometer, Humphrey visual field devices, Zeiss Cirrus OCT, electronic health record, setup and circulation for office based surgeries, surgical instrument handling, procedure room inventory. The practice volume is typically low but the requirement is high for experience and flexibility.
