This position combines hands-on patient care, clinical testing, doctor support, and cross-functional assistance to the front desk and optical departments . The Ophthalmic Technician is responsible for preparing patients for their eye examinations, performing clinical testing accurately, assisting the doctor during patient encounters, and supporting specialty services. The technician also helps maintain a smooth patient flow by assisting the front desk and optician when needed. This position requires a team-oriented individual who is compassionate, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working directly with patients, and willing to assist wherever needed to support the practice.
