Responsibilities Prepare patients for eye examinations by taking detailed medical histories and explaining procedures clearly Conduct preliminary tests including intraocular pressure measurements, refraction assessments, visual field screenings, OptoMap retinal photography, and OCT Maintain accurate and organized electronic medical records (OfficeMate + ExamWriter) Support clinic operations by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient flow efficiently Ensure all diagnostic tools and exam rooms are sanitized, calibrated, and ready for daily use to uphold safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in optometry within a supportive environment that values professionalism, accuracy, and high quality patient care.
