What You'll Do Depending on your experience, strengths, and position within the clinic, responsibilities may include: Welcome patients and create an exceptional patient experience Assist patients throughout their visits Perform preliminary testing and gather patient medical and vision histories Educate patients about eye care, treatment recommendations, services, and optical products Assist with eyewear and other vision-related products Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance Communicate with doctors and other team members to coordinate patient care Help keep patient flow efficient and the clinic running smoothly Learn new technology, terminology, procedures, and advances in eye care Support and train other teammates as appropriate Two-Location Availability Required Bright Eyes Vision Clinic has offices in Otsego and Minnetonka, Minnesota . This position requires the ability and willingness to work at BOTH locations based on patient scheduling and clinic coverage needs.
