Technician:

Perform preliminary and diagnostic testing for doctors Document data into patient's electronic health record Instruct patients on insertion and removal of contact lenses Answer a multi-line phone system, check patients in and out and schedule appointments Maintain the schedule and make sure the patient flow is running efficiently Requirements Excellent patient service skills with a friendly demeanor Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in all interactions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding patient care.
