Duties Accurately transcribe physician-patient interactions in real-time using EHR systems, ensuring precise medical documentation of patient histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely completion of documentation, facilitating smooth clinic workflows and accurate billing processes. Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and clinical confidentiality policies to produce high-quality medical documentation aligned with industry standards. Requirements Proven experience in a medical office setting with familiarity using EMR/EHR systems. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical confidentiality policies such as HIPAA compliance. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate medical documentation efficiently. Proficient typing skills with high speed and accuracy.
