. Optical Technician I

Responsibilities of the Optical Technician I

Help prepare and handle delicate optical components

fine grinding and polishing operations using various equipment and hand tools

Inspect work for quality and measure for conformance to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Optical Technician I

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians

Comfort working with your hands and handling precision equipment

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed instructions

Technical training or hands-on experience in manufacturing is a plus

Basic understanding of optical principles or manufacturing processes is helpful but not required

Openings are available working Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 11:00pm-7:30am. We look forward to hearing from you!
