In this role, you'll help patients with their contact lens needs while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced eye care office.
What You'll Do:
  • Educate patients on proper contact lens use and care
  • Provide exceptional patient service and administrative support
  • Assist with inventory management and department organization
  • Support marketing efforts and department growth
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Ability to learn medical terminology and contact lens procedures
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Experience in eye care or a medical office is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
  • Knowledge of EMR systems, HIPAA, sales, or marketing is a bonus If you're eager to learn, enjoy helping people, and want to build a career in eye care, we'd love to meet you!
