OPTOMETRIC ASSISTANT

(FULL-TIME) Private Optometry Practice | Bellefontaine, OH This is not a "just get through the day" job. We are a growing private practice looking for a dependable, motivated Optometric Assistant who takes pride in excellent patient care, professionalism, and doing things the right way. This is an active clinical role that includes: Diagnostic pre-testing and imaging Preparing patients for the doctor Contact lens training and education Managing patient flow throughout the day Clear, professional communication with patients and teammates We are looking for someone who: ✔ Moves with urgency and thinks ahead ✔ Pays attention to details ✔ Takes ownership and initiative ✔ Works well under pressure ✔ Wants long-term growth — not just a paycheck Experience in healthcare or optometry is preferred, but we will train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
