A Day in the Life Walk the line before shift: verify daily equipment set‑ups and perform needed calibrations. Tackle scheduled preventive maintenance so manufacturing stays on time and in spec. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor electronic issues—using schematics, multimeters, and manuals as your guide. Handle general facility work as needed: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and PLC‑related tasks. Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and return equipment to service—both mechanically and electrically.

Document everything:

enter and analyze maintenance data; track PMs, work orders, and tool activities in Megamations.

Coach teammates:

assist our maintenance team leader with training manufacturing and maintenance associates. Partner with our total quality facilitator to implement process improvements on the floor. Be a safety champion—model Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out, flag hazards, and deliver immediate feedback.

Demonstrate reliability:

punctual to shift, breaks, and lunch; follow company policies; take on special projects as requested. What You Bring High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of related maintenance experience. Background in highly automated, lean/continuous‑flow manufacturing. Proven troubleshooting skill with electrical schematics, multimeters, and OEM manuals. Ability to resolve issues remotely in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Comfort with PCs and solid math fundamentals. Strict adherence to safety standards, including Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out.

Physical readiness:

lift 50-100 lbs.; stand or walk continuously; lift frequently from waist, shoulder, and overhead.

Preferred:

An associate's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of related work.
