Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, perform intake procedures, and accurately document medical histories using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Prepare patients for eye examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout the process Operate ophthalmic diagnostic imaging equipment including OCT, tonometry devices for intraocular pressure measurement, and other ophthalmic testing tools Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and clinical confidentiality policies to ensure patient safety and privacy Support the clinical team with administrative tasks such as updating medical records, managing medical coding, and verifying insurance information Promote excellent patient service by addressing questions, providing education on eye health, and ensuring a positive experience during each visit Handle retail sales of optical products when applicable, utilizing retail math skills to process transactions accurately Join us in delivering outstanding eye care by combining your technical skills with compassionate patient interactions.
