BILINGUAL REQUIRED!
Seeking motivated, welcoming, honest, and positive team player to join our private Optometry practice as our front-desk receptionist! Some insurance knowledge would be greatly appreciated to help in the check-out process, but that is not required as it can be taught. A willingness to cross train and help in other areas of the office is needed, as well as full-time availability. Details of the practice and responsibilities are below:
Our Practice:
Full scope optometry practice with a higher end optical boutique We pride ourselves in offering exceptional patient care while maintaining a welcoming, family atmosphere. We want all our patients eager to return and to refer others! Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Great phone etiquette and communication skills are a must! Greeting and communicating with patients Scheduling appointments Scanning to electronic medical records Medical and vision insurance understanding for check out appreciated Willingness to cross train to assist optician or technician when needed. Training would be provided, if needed. What we are looking for in an employee: We need a friendly, outgoing, highly motivated, and honest individual who interacts well with others Outstanding customer service with the natural ability to build rapport and a genuine interest in connecting with others. You must possess the desire to go above and beyond patients' expectations to offer exceptional service!
