Job Description

Ophthalmic Technician Well established Private Practice Ophthalmology/Eye Surgeon is seeking a highly motivated, personable and knowledgeable Ophthalmic technician/Medical Assistant to assist with obtaining medical history as well as perform a variety of diagnostic treatment & testing. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the physician, patient workups, manifest refraction, applanation tonometry, visual field testing, OCT imaging, Fundus photography, IOL Master, corneal topography, surgery scheduling, documenting accuracy within the electronic health records system. We are seeking an energetic and compassionate person with a willingness to learn and grow their skills. We are seeking a minimum of 1-3 years experience but are willing to train the right candidate. M-F 8:00am to 4:00pm Compensation commensurate with experience Approximately 24 hours per week at a minimum to vary with morning and afternoon shifts
