Job Description

Our eye care clinic is looking to add a medical assistant! We are an established, busy and growing private practice looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works well with the public and is eager to become a member of our group!
Duties may include:
Checking patients into the front desk, taking patient payments, working with different insurances, scheduling appointments. Additionally, helping to work patients up in a timely fashion for our doctors. Training patients in different contact lens settings, especially hard lenses. Abilities/Experience that may set you apart from other applicants may include: Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) Fitting and adjusting of frames/lenses Knowledge of electronic medical records understanding medical terminology This position is full time with many benefits, pay depending upon experience and ability! You will be joining a staff that has worked together for many years, and is eager to add another long time coworker.
