Optometric Technician's Duties:
Perform preliminary testing: autorefraction, tonometry, visual acuity and , etc.
Operate advanced diagnostic instruments:
OCT, retinal imaging, corneal topography Assist the doctor during evaluations and procedures Teach patients proper contact lens handling and hygiene Process optical orders and assist with dispensing Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and ensure equipment readiness Support EMR documentation and clinical workflow Verify medical and vision insurance benefits What We're Looking For Excellent communication and patient‑care skills Positive, energetic attitude Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office Healthcare or optometry experience is a plus — we will train the right candidate Quick learner and collaborative team player

POSITION 2
Front Desk Assistant's Duties:
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check patients in and out with professionalism and accuracy Verify medical and vision insurance benefits Submit claims and assist with denial remediation Collect payments and manage daily reconciliation Maintain organized front desk operations Provide excellent customer service and communication Optical sales, eyewear styling, measurements, and dispensing.
