Position:
We're seeking experienced optical lab technicians to join our team.
Schedules:
Our evening shifts work 3 days/week with 4 days off. Perfect for those wanting to restructure non-work hours or minimize commutes.2
A Shift Hours:
Sundays-Tuesdays, 3:30pm - 4:00am2
B Shift Hours:
Wednesdays-Fridays, 3:30pm - 4:00amPay & extras: Base pay
DOE, PLUS 10
% shift differential pay & extra bi-weekly bonus opportunities. We also have a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.
Job DescriptionSummary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Experienced associate, proficient in performing many tasks within or across departments, to achieve production goals in processing job orders through production. Operation and monitoring of optical equipment and machinery, quickly identify production issues, resolving errors, observing workflow, proper lens coating and optical standards, locating hot jobs, breakage, assisting Lead with other associates and department issues. Candidates should have familiarity with high-volume, optical manufacturing in a fast paced, mass production environment.
