This full-time position takes place in a busy sleep medicine practice in our Arlington office.
Position Summary:
Perform DME setups for CPAP, BiPAP, ASV and mask refitting. Create and confirm sales orders, maintain inventory, call patients for supplies, scan patient documents, trouble shoot with DME companies when patients are dissatisfied with customer service, equipment or compliance card or machine, etc. Communicate effectively with physicians, administrative and billing staff. Ensure effectiveness of the day-to-day center operations. Follow up and coordinate shipment for DME Supplies for patients on CPAP therapy. Perform administrative duties such as checking voice message, answering phones, answering billing inquiries from patients, assisting administrative staff with actions, and checking email. Scan, categorize and save all applicable forms into their appropriate locations on computer server as directed by supervisor. Work with billing staff to provide necessary patient information. Effectively use eCW and Brightree EMR practice management and billing systems.
