Job Description

Boutique LASIK practice providing superior and personalized customer service and surgical care.
We are seeking:
Ambitious team member with a positive, friendly, and out-going attitude and who will work closely with patients (aged 18 to 65) who desire to be free from glasses and contacts, in a rewarding and encouraging environment. Prospective team member should be able to work independently, but also effectively as a team member, follow instructions, be highly organized and punctual, excel in customer-service relations, and •truly believe in•and have a commitment to the impact of vision correction surgery in our lives. The ideal candidate will also embrace the practice's cultural values of continual improvement, first-class customer service, and contributing to a fair and productive workplace. Must also be willing to learn more about vision correction.
Job responsibilities:
Greet patients and make them feel at ease, perform simple vision testing, administer equipment scans, answer phones, perform administrative tasks, and generally ... help our patients and grow the practice.
Requirements:
Ophthalmic or medical experience is NOT required, however, must have superior customer-service talents and a willingness to learn and improve. Will gladly and confidently teach the right team member the rest. Must be willing to commit to at least 35 hours per week. Associates or bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but may make an exception for the appropriate person.
Pay/Benefits:
In addition to offering a rate of $22/hour, we offer paid leave, health insurance, bonus incentives, and retirement investment packages.
