This role will be a Full Time Day Shift, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 07:00 am-7:30pm. Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance eligible. Diagnostic Imaging Technical Lead Job Responsibilities:
Obtains clinical history/informed consent from patients or patients' charts to assist the physician in optimizing the performance and interpretation of the examination, as evidenced by the exam results. Coordinates new team member and student department orientation/training. Assists with patient and team member scheduling to enhance the productivity of the department. Maintains an orderly, safe, and clean environment to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Ensures rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies for procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification
  • Basic Life Support Upon Start; Must be certified by at least one of the following: ARRT, RDMS, RVT, ARMRIT, CAMRT or NMTCB;as applicable with additional certification in an applicable imaging modality required Upon Start Licensure
  • Upon start, must be licensed as required by the state of employment if employed at an Inova Health System freestanding Imaging Center not affiliated with one of the Inova hospitals. Experience
  • Three years of Imaging experience in an applicable modality, X-Ray or Ultrasound or Cat Scan or Mammography or MRI or Interventional Radiology or Nuclear Medicine in a hospital/healthcare environment, Recent hospital experience. Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school/program of radiography, Nuclear Medicine or MRI certification from ARMRIT or CAMRT, Graduate of an accredited school of radiography or Nuclear Medicine Technology.
