Overview Join our healthcare team as an Optician . Our well-established office has proudly served the Chino community for over 30 years . We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, reliable, and dependable candidate who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. You'll assist patients with eyewear selection and fittings while supporting our clinical team with optical and medical services. This paid position offers hands-on experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to provide personalized, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with frame and lens selection to ensure optimal vision and comfort Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings with precision and care Process and verify optical orders and insurance benefits Provide education on lens options, coatings, and warranties Support the optometrists and front office team to maintain smooth daily operations Billing and posting insurances.
Requirements:
Experience required (minimum 2 year preferred in an optical setting) Knowledge of optical terminology, lens types, and insurance verification Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume setting Friendly and professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset Bilingual, Spanish language required.
