The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will play an important role in driving store revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for every guest while assisting customers in selecting eyewear that complements their individual style and needs.

General Responsibilities:

Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs Providing optimum customer service Explaining products and services to our customers Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership

Qualifications:

ABO Certified Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
