This is a full-time position with benefits. We are high end boutique optometry office in a great location, easy parking and most importantly, a great caring team. What you'll need: A firm knowledge base of optical products & frames Ability to quickly connect and engage our customers and overcome barriers seamlessly Bright personality to delight our patients when choosing high end eyewear while skillfully uncover lifestyle needs Ability to hand select the best frames based on aesthetics, customer preference, Rx using your sales acumen. Ability to pivot based on immediate priorities when things become fast paced Exceptionally detailed & organized, able to communicate clearly Take pride in your work and look to improve upon the skillsets you have Be open to feedback and give feedback graciously People love working with you! 2 years working in optical in an optometry office preferred What you'll do: ALL aspects of optical service including: frame adjustment, proficiency in material knowledge, ordering, selling, explaining, maximizing the optical sale to maximize the patient experience and visual needs. Troubleshoot patient concerns Bill insurance and input jobs for both exam and optical services. Pretest patients (can train) and explain insurance coverage Consistent and clear documentation with customers and team. All tasks to support the staff as needed. We strive for excellent patient & customer experience from beginning to end: greeting, explaining benefits, pretesting Any other duties needed in the office to ensure a smooth, efficient, clean practice.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
