In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their eyewear needs, ensuring they receive the best possible vision solutions while contributing to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their visual needs and personal style. Perform fittings and adjustments on eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory of optical products. Collaborate with optometrists to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and proper eyewear maintenance. Handle sales transactions and provide excellent customer service. Vision insurance billing Requirements Previous experience as an optician or in a related field is a plus. Strong knowledge of ophthalmology and clinic operations. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Basic understanding of retail sales principles.
