EyeXam Optometry - Santa Clara, CA EyeXam Optometry is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Experienced Optician to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled optical professional who is passionate about patient care, eyewear sales, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation:

$25+/hour (DOE) Responsibilities Manage daily optical operations and workflow Assist patients with frame and lens selections Provide outstanding customer service and patient care Verify and explain vision insurance benefits Train, lead, and support the optical team Work closely with doctors to ensure an exceptional patient experience Maintain an organized, efficient, and accountable office environment Meet optical sales and patient satisfaction goals Requirements Minimum 2 years of consistent experience as an Optician required Optical dispensing experience and strong product knowledge Management or leadership experience preferred Proficiency with Eyefinity Practice Management (EPM) required Strong knowledge of VSP and other vision insurance plans Excellent communication, sales, and leadership skills Reliable, professional, positive, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work Saturdays (required) Why Join EyeXam Optometry?
