The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working in an optical environment and understands how to provide excellent customer service while helping customers select the right eyewear for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service. Help customers select eyeglass frames, lenses, and available upgrades. Explain lens options, coatings, materials, and product benefits clearly. Recommend eyewear based on the customer's prescription, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Provide basic guidance regarding common eye conditions and vision needs. Read and understand basic eyeglass prescriptions. Take basic optical measurements and assist with frame fitting and adjustments. Process sales, payments, orders, and customer information accurately. Follow up on orders and communicate with customers when their eyewear is ready. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive showroom. Help the store meet its sales and customer-service goals. Requirements At least one year of experience working in an optical store or similar optical position. Basic knowledge of eye conditions, vision correction, prescriptions, frames, and lenses. Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Pay:
