Luxury Eyewear Stylist About Eye Lounge:
Eye Lounge is a new luxury boutique optometry practice opening in Downtown Miami. We are seeking an experienced, style-conscious optical associate who is passionate about eyewear, enjoys building long term relationships with patients, and wants to help create something special from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a modern, independent practice where you will have true autonomy and make a direct impact, not just clock in and out.
Responsibilities:
Style patients in designer luxury and independent eyewear, and recommend customized lens solutions. Utilize digital dispensing technology (Optikam) to take precise measurements, and perform expert frame adjustments and repairs. Manage lens orders, track job status, and communicate with optical laboratories. Verify vision benefits and clearly explain insurance/out-of-pocket coverage to patients. Manage front-office operations, patient communications, and lab ordering utilizing modern practice software. Confidently run the optical dispensary and front desk independently during designated shifts. Deliver an exceptional, high-touch patient experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in an optical practice, optical dispensary, or retail optical environment (Required). Strong foundation in optical dispensing, lens materials/coatings, and frame troubleshooting. Passion for fashion, eyewear styling, and luxury clienteling. Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day optical flow.
Compensation & Benefits:
