General Summary The primary function of this role is to assist patients with finding frames, adjustments, troubleshooting, and dispensing eyewear while providing the highest levels of quality and care. Essential Functions Attract and retain customers by delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer retention, and promoting outstanding patient satisfaction Greet and assist customers in the selection of frames Assist patients with adjustments, troubleshooting, and dispensing eyewear Ensure correct pricing and realistic delivery time quotes to patients; contact patients to dispense glasses Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet and exceed patient expectations, as well as foster positive relationships with team members Clean and merchandise displays daily; always display effective merchandise Assist with insurance billing and processing orders Document all patient communication in the patient record within the practice software system Work on special projects, cross-train in different departments, and perform other related duties as assigned or requested AI Translation Assistant Opens in new window
