Our ideal candidate has experience in an ophthalmology/optometry setting, is detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities:

Ordering trials and revenues boxes of contact for patients, ordering specialty contacts and supplies Patient education; includes insertion and removal training, instructions on proper wear and care. Work with patients over the phone or in-person to gather needed information to order contacts. Understand and educate patients on their vision insurance. Bill medically necessary contact, filing claims with insurance companies Maintain inventory of trail lenses Chart detailed notes; regarding trials, orders and other additional information as needed. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Detail oriented Organized Excellent customer service skills and comfortable with direct patient care Ability to multi-task Competent with phone and computer systems Curious and willing to learn Qualifications 1-year clinical experience Optometric / Optical knowledge (preferred) Basic knowledge of contact lenses
