What You'll Do Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3-5 retail locations Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs it Turn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle What You Bring Active Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required) 5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of it Leadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills Willingness to travel regularly between locations Why This Role Competitive salary: 73,000-83,000/year, based on experience Performance-based bonus eligibility, plus spiffs and stock options — real upside tied to real results A clear path forward: grow into District Manager or Regional Optical Manager as we expand The chance to build something meaningful at a company that's actively growing across two states
