Take hand off from Doctor when patient is done with their appointment -sell glasses/contacts -check patient out Interpret patient's insurance and help patient select glasses and materials according to insurance guidelines Dispense glasses and contacts Troubleshoot patient issues and adjust glasses Check insurance for patient walk in sales Complete frame orders for patients Monitor frame boards and inventory Monitor contact trial stock/order as needed Monitor DR supplies and store supplies Resolve patient complaints Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to ensure patient privacy at all times Answer overflow phone calls Store cleanliness Complete nightly books daily and make deposit
