Job Description
Eye Clinic North is looking for another team member as we continue to grow! Join our team and enjoy a fast-paced, positive environment with the ability to learn and grow. We are looking for a career-seeking office assistant who is self-motivated, a people-person, a team member, a fast learner, who has a positive attitude and strong multitasking skills to work in an extremely busy office. Job duties begin with front office work such as reception and expand to include optical and technician services to assist the doctors in patient care. Eye Clinic North supplies, teaches, and pays for coursework and testing for all of its staff. Retirement, PTO, and vacation are offered. Seeking part-time employment (9-5pm Tu-F), full-time is negotiable. Please note, the Office Assistant and Optician posts are for the same position. We supply and coach the following home-study courses: Optical Course (Opticianry) Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA) Certified Paraoptometric Technician (CPOT) Scheduled wage increases occur with completion of each training course. Starting wage is negotiable with optical or eye care experience, including those with optometric or ophthalmic technician certifications.
